- Standard Shipping: Flat rate calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping anywhere within Australia.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post’s international service.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Free International Shipping: Orders over $300 AUD qualify for free standard international shipping.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Replacement Policy
We take great pride in the quality and care of every crystal we pack and send. Each item is cleansed, intuitively chosen, and carefully wrapped to ensure it reaches you in beautiful condition.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the energetic nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preferences, or personal energy alignment.
Please choose mindfully and reach out if you need help selecting the right crystal for your intentions — we're always happy to guide you before your purchase.
Broken or Damaged Items
While we take extra care to package your crystals securely, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping.
If your crystal arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:
Replacement Conditions:
Photo and video proof of the damage must be provided.
We kindly request a short video of the package being opened, so we can verify the condition of the crystals immediately upon unboxing.
Proof must be sent to us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
Email your unboxing video, photos, and order number to [your email address] or use our contact form.
If the item is still in stock, we will replace it. If not, we will offer a similar item or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for damaged items — only replacements or store credit as outlined.
What’s Not Covered
Minor natural imperfections, inclusions, or variations in crystals (these are normal and part of their beauty)
Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
Items lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
