Returns & exchanges are NOT accepted based on crystal appearance or change of mind.

- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.
We offer a flat rate shipping Australia wide for $15 or Free Shipping (automatically applied) for orders over $100.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship within Australia. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Delays:
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your crystals carefully.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a refund or replacement.
