SoulBlueprint — Service & Privacy Notice

This notice applies specifically to SoulBlueprint by Sacred Gems Australia and should be read together with our general Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

What you receive

A paid SoulBlueprint is an individually prepared digital reading. One purchase includes the Essential Edition and Complete Heirloom Edition, provided in printable A4 and mobile-optimised reading formats.

Information we collect for SoulBlueprint

To prepare and deliver a SoulBlueprint, we may collect the full birth name of the person receiving the reading, date of birth, birth time and the confidence or uncertainty of that time, place of birth, the traditional framework calculation setting where required, purchaser email, Sacred Gems order number and any optional notes you choose to provide.

Why we collect and use this information

We use this information to match your details to the correct order; perform the calculations used by the SoulBlueprint frameworks; prepare, synthesise and quality-check the personalised reading; deliver the reading; respond to corrections or customer-service requests; and maintain records reasonably necessary to provide the service.

If required birth or order information is not provided, we might be unable to prepare the reading or might be unable to provide the same level of calculation accuracy.

Delivery

Most SoulBlueprints are delivered within 2 business days after we have the information needed to begin preparation. During busy periods, preparation may take a little longer. We’ll contact you if we expect a significant delay.

Corrections to birth information

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover that birth information supplied for a SoulBlueprint is incorrect. If preparation has not progressed too far, we will make reasonable efforts to use corrected information. Material changes after preparation has begun may require the reading to be recalculated or prepared again.

Cancellations and refunds

Because SoulBlueprint is individually prepared from the information you provide, change-of-mind cancellations or refunds are generally not available once personalised preparation has begun. If you want to request a cancellation before preparation begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Privacy and service providers

SoulBlueprint information is handled in accordance with our general Privacy Policy. We may use service providers that support our ecommerce, hosting, cloud storage, email and delivery, production, calculation or quality-assurance processes. Where personal information is handled outside Australia, the practices described in our general Privacy Policy also apply.

We do not ask you to provide medical or psychological records for a SoulBlueprint.

Nature of the reading

SoulBlueprint is a symbolic and reflective self-understanding experience. Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, BaZi, Numerology and crystal traditions are used as interpretive frameworks rather than scientific proof. SoulBlueprint is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, is not a diagnosis, and does not guarantee outcomes.
