This notice applies specifically to SoulBlueprint by Sacred Gems Australia and should be read with our canonical storefront Privacy & Data, Refunds & Consumer Rights and Terms & Symbolic Content notices.

What a paid SoulBlueprint includes

One purchase includes the Essential Edition and Complete Heirloom Edition in printable A4 and mobile-optimised reading formats. The Personal Preview is a separate complimentary experience.

Information collected

We may collect the single exact Latin-letter name that the recipient personally uses or confirms for display and Numerology calculation, the birth name in its original script as an optional private authority reference, date and place of birth, birth time and confidence in that time, the traditional calculation setting required by a small number of methods, purchaser email, Sacred Gems order number, and optional context.

Sacred Gems does not choose or invent a transliteration. Where the birth name uses another script, the recipient supplies the Latin-letter spelling they personally use or confirm. That exact spelling is the only name shown in the finished reading and the exact Numerology input; the optional original-script name is retained only as a private authority reference.

Why the information is used

The information is used to match the correct order, perform the requested calculations, prepare and synthesise the reading, conduct quality assurance, deliver the files, and respond to correction or re-delivery requests. We do not ask for medical or psychological records.

Data handling and retention

SoulBlueprint production can involve ecommerce, email, cloud storage, calculation, writing, rendering and quality-assurance providers. Some providers or subprocessors may handle data outside Australia. We limit identifiable information to what is reasonably needed and use available privacy controls.

Raw intake and working production records are generally retained for up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted or de-identified unless reasonably needed longer. The final delivered reading and a minimal delivery record may be retained for up to 24 months to support re-delivery. Transaction records may be retained where required by law. You may request earlier deletion where retention is not otherwise required.

We do not intentionally use identifiable SoulBlueprint birth details or completed readings in public examples, advertising or public-model training without express permission.

Accuracy and corrections

Use the most accurate information reasonably available. Unknown or approximate birth times are accepted and the reading should reflect the resulting level of certainty. Contact us promptly if a submitted detail is wrong. Material changes after preparation begins can require recalculation or additional preparation.

Order authority and delivery

The purchaser email and Sacred Gems order number are matched before paid preparation or re-delivery. Most SoulBlueprints are delivered within 2 business days after the order and required information are matched. Busy periods, incomplete information or corrections can extend preparation time; we will contact you about a significant delay.

Cancellations and consumer rights

A cancellation can be requested before personalised preparation begins. Once preparation has begun, change-of-mind cancellation or refund is generally unavailable. Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nature of the reading

SoulBlueprint is a symbolic and reflective self-understanding experience. Its frameworks are interpretive traditions rather than scientific proof. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, is not a diagnosis, and does not promise an outcome. The recipient’s lived experience remains the final authority.
