These terms govern use of sacredgems.com.au and purchases from Ezy Company Pty Ltd trading as Sacred Gems Australia. They should be read with our Refunds & Consumer Rights, Shipping & Returns and Privacy & Data notices.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where these terms conflict with a mandatory right, the mandatory right prevails.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the displayed currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Delivery, duty and other applicable charges are shown or described before purchase where reasonably possible. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or another lawful reason.
Natural and one-of-one materials
Crystals, minerals, fossils, meteorites, jewellery and handmade objects naturally vary in colour, pattern, inclusion, formation, weight and dimensions. Photographs and descriptions aim to represent the item accurately. A listing will state whether the exact item pictured is supplied, whether a representative item is selected, and any treatment or material disclosure known to us. Natural variation disclosed in the listing is not, by itself, a defect.
Traditional and symbolic information
Crystal meanings, chakra associations, energetic language, rituals, astrology, numerology, Human Design, Gene Keys, BaZi and related material are presented as traditional, cultural, spiritual or reflective frameworks. They are not scientific proof, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, legal or financial advice, and they do not guarantee an outcome. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for health, mental-health, legal or financial concerns.
SoulBlueprint
SoulBlueprint is an individually prepared digital self-reflection service based on information supplied by the purchaser or reading recipient. The recipient’s lived experience remains the final authority on what feels useful or accurate. Delivery timing begins after the order and required intake details are matched. Change-of-mind cancellation is generally unavailable once personalised preparation begins, without limiting statutory rights.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, upload malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The site design, Sacred Gems and SoulBlueprint branding, original writing, graphics, photographs and downloadable readings are owned by or licensed to Sacred Gems and are protected by applicable law. A purchase grants personal use of the supplied item or reading; it does not transfer commercial reproduction or redistribution rights.
Third-party services
The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, marketing providers and carriers. Their own terms may apply to the parts of the service they operate. External links are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for an unrelated site.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or voluntary reliance on symbolic content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to the customer.
