Chakras as Gateways in the Field

Each chakra functions as a gateway between aspects of your inner world and the outer world. Crystals do not simply “sit on” a chakra; they interact with:

• the physical structures and organs in that region
• the emotional patterns and stories held there
• the identity themes and beliefs associated with that centre
• the dimensional bands that most strongly flow through it in the 12D model

When you choose crystals by chakra, you are choosing where you want to emphasise healing, integration or activation in your energy body.

The Seven Primary Chakras and Crystal Focus

Root Chakra (Base of Spine)

Themes: safety, survival, belonging, stability. Crystals here often emphasise grounding, nervous system regulation and building a felt sense of support in your body and life. Many are earthy, dark or deep red in colour and resonate strongly with the Low Band (1D–3D).

Sacral Chakra (Lower Abdomen)

Themes: emotion, desire, creativity, pleasure. Sacral-aligned stones support emotional flow, sensuality, self-worth and the capacity to feel and process without being flooded. Orange, peach and soft watery tones are common here.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Upper Abdomen)

Themes: personal power, wills, boundaries, confidence. Crystals related to the solar plexus help you claim your voice, make decisions and step out of self-doubt. Yellow and golden stones are frequent allies in this centre.

Heart Chakra (Centre of Chest)

Themes: love, connection, grief, forgiveness. Heart-aligned stones include greens and pinks and often sit across Low and Middle Bands. They hold the bridge between body and spirit, supporting emotional healing, compassion and relational coherence.

Throat Chakra

Themes: communication, truth, expression. Crystals here assist with speaking clearly, listening deeply and aligning your words with your inner knowing. Many are blue or turquoise and can also support nervous system calm.

Third Eye Chakra

Themes: inner vision, intuition, perception. Stones for this centre often appear in indigo or deep blue and help you discern, track patterns and sense beyond the purely physical. They frequently bridge Middle and High Band dynamics.

Crown Chakra

Themes: connection to the divine, meaning, higher guidance. Crystals related to the crown include purples, whites and clear stones. They support spiritual connection, contemplation and a sense of being part of a larger field of intelligence.

Beyond Seven: Expanded Chakra Layers

The Sacred Gems ecosystem also acknowledges extended chakras such as the earth star, soul star and higher heart. Many high-frequency stones, meteorites and ascension stones interact strongly with these centres.

• Earth Star – deep grounding into the planet and lineage.
• Higher Heart – compassion, unity and service.
• Soul Star – soul contracts, mission and connection to the 12D field.

You can work with these in a similar way, placing stones above or below the body or using them in grids that frame your space.
