Colour Families and Their Core Themes

Black, Charcoal and Very Deep Tones

These stones typically emphasise protection, grounding and density work. Energetically they sit strongly in the Low Band (1D–3D) with a focus on the body, boundaries and physical reality. They are helpful when you feel scattered, unsafe, overly open or overwhelmed.

Brown, Earthy and Smoky

Earthy stones highlight stability, integration and slow recalibration. They support nervous system regulation, habit change and bringing spiritual insights down into daily life. Many sit across the Low and Middle Bands, bridging body, emotions and identity.

Red and Deep Burgundy
